Field Trips: Each classroom may conduct field trips related to the topics they are covering in the classroom. Parents are encouraged to join the class during field trip to help supervise children and share in the experience with their own child.

Lunch Parent: Parents may volunteer to help supervise children during the lunch period to give the teachers a well-deserved break. Parents who volunteer to help with lunch receive a tuition credit for each lunch worked. (Please note that lunch helpers receive credit only. There are no cash refunds.) Fees are not charged for enrolled children of lunch helpers on days when their parents volunteer. Siblings who are not in this school should not be brought to lunch.

Reading Parent: Each classroom may request parents to volunteer to read individually with children within the classroom.

Snack Program and Snack Program Organizer: A volunteer parent from each classroom contacts other parents in the classroom, organizes and distributes a monthly snack calendar, which notes student birthdays and indicates the child/family who has volunteered to provide a snack each school day. Please note that the school always maintains a supply of healthy snacks as backup.

Special Events and Holidays: Parents are encouraged to share their cultures on relevant holidays and may also volunteer to visit the classroom to share any special expertise they may have.
